Still need a few volunteers!!

All right guys and gals, lots of you have already asked, “How can I help?” Or “How can my club help?” Well here is how! We are now accepting volunteer’s for judging as well as parking! If this sounds like you, keep reading below!

What we are looking for:

Judges- We are looking to assemble a small team of judges(dozen or so) to judge the outside show on Friday. You will be on your own and will be expected to be able to judge around 20 cars or so. You MUST have car show judging experience and/or extensive Mustang knowledge. If you are interested, please include your name, experience/qualifications, as well as your t-shirt size in an email to poniesinthesmokies@yahoo.com . Please put “judge” in the subject line.

Parking Volunteers- We are looking to assemble a team of 20 or so volunteers for Friday & Saturday to help park cars in the show/cruise in field. You will need to arrive early and be in position before the main crowd arrives. On Friday registration is over at 10 so we will only need you until then. On Saturday we will need a couple of people to hang around and help after the main crowd arrives, but for the most part it again will be an early morning thing. If you want to sign up, email your name and t-shirt size to poniesinthesmokies@yahoo.com . Also please let us know if you want to sign up for Friday or Saturday or both! Please put “parking” in the subject line.

What you get:

Both judges & volunteers get a free event t-shirt and a free special volunteer shirt to wear that day. Lunch will also be provided on the day you volunteer as well as soda’s, water, etc.

You will be allowed to enter the show field one hour early on Friday & Saturday. Parking volunteers need to be parked and ready for the parking meeting at 7:30 both Friday & Saturday. Judges will need to be parked and ready for the judges meeting at 9:30 on Friday.
