One of the big benefits to the location of Ponies In The Smokies is the large amount of lodging options. Many people love to rent cabins nestled up in the hills, others like the hustle and bustle of the Pigeon Forge strip. While some settle for a nice hotel just off the interstate. Another popular option is the Wilderness at The Smokies which is attached to the convention center and a very convenient option, especially for those with cars inside. Listing all the options in town would take days, but below are some of the PITS crew favorite spots that we stay at when we are in town.
Connected directly to the convention center and waterpark. This is a great choice for those who want to stay as close as possible. The water park is also a great family attraction!

A long time go to spot for the PITS crew when in town for the Pigeon Forge Rod Run, Vacation Lodge is a nice motel right on the Pigeon Forge strip. Rooms vary from standard motel rooms to the honeymoon suite with something for every budget. Plenty of street side parking makes for great night time bench racing with friends.
Another staff favorite, located right off the Pigeon Forge strip. This is another great location in the heart of Pigeon Forge.
