We are now accepting volunteers for parking at Ponies In The Smokies 2026. We absolutely could not put this event on without our volunteer help and we greatly appreciate each and every one of you! If you want to sign up to volunteer, simply email us at poniesinthesmokies@yahoo.com with “Volunteer” in the subject line. Leave us your name, t-shirt size and if you’re available to help park cars on Friday morning, Saturday Morning or both. We will be communicating via email closer to the event with important reminders, so keep an eye out early March for that communication.

Volunteer Opportunities:

FRIDAY Parking Volunteer – Meet at the loading dock at 6:40am for a brief meeting. You will be needed to park cars until the morning rush is over, approximately 10:30am.

SATURDAY Parking Volunteer – Meet at the loading dock at 6:40am for a brief meeting. You will be needed to park cars until the morning rush is over, approximately 10:30am.

For Volunteers Only – Volunteering gets you early entry into the show field beginning at 6am, a volunteer shirt, a free event t-shirt, and a free lunch (no guests please) on the day you volunteer.
